Julie started her Real Estate Industry journey in the 80's, more than 37 years ago. She has earned the opportunity of many various roles to include Regional & National Executive leadership roles in the Mortgage Banking Industry.  Julie had been the Chairperson of the St Louis Multiple Listing Service in 92/93 leading the charge to eliminate black and white books of listings & lead the roll out of computerized listings earning her the elected Realtor of the Year Award for 92/93' by it's membership. 

Julie continued to expand her knowledge and experiences into the mortgage lending section of the industry and truly thrived in this area being a natural at solutioning challenges making her an excellent leader in the Mortgage industry leading, training and guiding customers into accomplishing the American Dream of Home Ownership. 

Now Julie is in the position, here in Florida, to help not only ensure a customer can qualify for the home of their dreams but also help them locate it.  She is also an expert at helping sellers strategize on netting the most possible to accomplish their goals by keeping them informed of the latest trends in the market of what purchasers are needing in order to qualify for a home loan in order to afford to purchase their homes. 

37 years and she is still passionate about helping others realize their financial goals through real estate home ownership and investment properties.
